SSL Issues
The setup time for the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates on our new
email platform is taking longer than anticipated. In the meantime,
please try logging in at mail.mailconfig.net (Note the .net, not .com).
How will the Emali billing be handled going forward?
The billing that IronicDesign has been performing is being transferred to FanMail.
When do you expect the billing transfer to take place?
FanMail is currently working with IronicDesign during the transition period. We expect the transition to be finished by June 1, 2024.
